| Target Audience of the PlanThe ultimate goal of the communication plan is to create 100% awareness by the population of Fictionville of the new Fictionville Mohawk manufacturing facility. Each Advisory Committee segment will target a different audience in fulfilling their objective. For example, Ellen Essentials - Superintendent, Fiction County Schools and Bard Appleaday - President, Fiction State College and their Mohawk Staff partner, Ivana Learnalot - Director of Mohawk Corporate Training will target teachers and educational infrastructure. This includes communication to the residents of Fictionville and notification of specific training needed and where this training can be obtained. This target audience may include indirect beneficiaries of the Fictionville Manufacturing Facility. These may include builders, general contractors, and property managers who supply housing for Mohawk personnel. Additionally, the Mohawk Communication plan must target surrounding communities and include them in our target audience. The community growth that the Fictionville-Mohawk facility will inspire will not be able to sustain Mohawk and Community needs without reaching out to other communities to satisfy this labor demand. This labor demand includes both direct and indirect labor resources required as a result of this facility. Each target audience will be further defined through each segment of the advisory committee. |
