| The Role of Human RelationsHuman Relations will have the most complicated role in the Fictionville Communications Plan because ultimately, success or It is ultimately the duty of HR to develop a similar communications plan to communicate with each of the Communication pieces and to provide an update on their ever changing needs. HR will be able to assess the success and functionality of the communications plan. HR is charged with maintaining the pulse of the plan and making adjustments. Both Josh Fixitfast, Plant HR Manager for the Fictionville site and Carl Peopleperson, VP of HR will meet with each segment of the Communication Plan to direct traffic, assign priorities, and reprioritize immediate needs.
